Domestic Shipping Policy :

Please allow 3-­9 business days for processing all orders. Shipping times do not include processing time. Please allow extra time for delivery around the holidays.

Orders are processed, shipped and delivered Monday through Friday only. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday, will be processed the following business day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. All orders are shipped through Thailand Post. Once your order has shipped, Thailand Post is solely responsible for delivery. Avicia has no control over nor any responsibility for any packages once they have left our facility.

The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges related to undeliverable packages, including return to sender fees and fees for future shipments ( >$10.50 or 384.59 Baht >for Thailand Post EMS). It is the customers responsibility to file any claims with Thailand Post for any damaged or missing packages or any packages delivered to a wrong address. On a case by case basis, Avicia might assist you on your claim by providing information and/or proof of necessary items.

Avicia can not be held responsible for wrongdoings by Thailand Post or by stolen packages left at your address.

International Shipping Policy :

We use reputed couriers such asThailand Post, Fedex and DHL for International Shipping with a guarantee that the first attempt for delivery would be made within 14 working days of placing the order by you, provided such delivery is not delayed by any governmental authority or any other entity acting on behalf of the government or acting as per the directions of the government. The shipment would be delivered by partners of these couriers in your country – which is typically the national postal service of the destination country. The actual delivery date may vary based on the service levels of local shipping partners of these couriers.

For international orders the shipping cost will be automatically calculated and displayed on the checkout page, and all shipments will be dispatched outside Thailand. Customers have to bear the shipping & handling charges plus any duty as applicable at the destination. All shipments of jewelry exported from Thailand need to be cleared by the Thailand customs office. Products along with their complete documentation are filed with the authorized officer of the Thailand custom office for inspection, examination and assessment of shipment will be done then only the shipment will be delivered to your shipping address.
